Great place and friendly staff. ☺Very nice property with great views and amazing snorkeling right in front. Ocean entrance can be a bit challenging depending on tide level and shoes are recommend due to the many corals,  but the views are amazing. Fantastic ☺ A wonderful property with a well-kept garden, situated on its own stretch of coastline. Great privacy and tranquility, friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping every three days, very clean. The garden allows for relaxation in various areas. The sound of the waves and the view are amazing. The outdoor shower after returning from the beach was very useful. The rooms have large and comfortable beds. ☹ The access road is particularly dangerous than in other parts of the island, and driving through it for the first time was quite stressful. The nearest shop is a bit far away and not very well equipped. The kitchen could use a dishwasher.

If you prefer privacy, independence and stunning view over being serviced at all fronts, then this place is unbeatable. ☺ The location of the villa is breathtaking. You get absolute privacy, spacious and well-maintained garden with direct access to the beach. The internal arrangement of the rooms is ideal for a family of 4. Great backoffice and facilities staff, helpful all the time (thank you Bikesh and Riplal!). ☹ This is a self-catering villa and this means you have to cook and then wash all the dishes for yourself non-stop. And here is the twist: there is no dishwasher in the place, so you spend a considerable amount of time from your dream-vacation with hand-washing your dirty dishes. Perfect quiet location with spectacular view to the ocean. Everything was perfect, the garden is beautiful, there is a covered grill place, so we could prepared the grilled fish, that we bought from a neighbour fisherman. The terrace is huge, and mostly in shadow, so we could have a rest on the comfortable sofa, and enjoy the sunrise from there. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Amazing place😍. We will definitely come back again. Peaceful and charming. Delicious fruits from the garden, kind & supportive host  - thank you Sophia 🙏🏼. Very nice neighbours around. There is a lot to be explored in the area including snorkelling on front of the house - thousands of fishes,  turtles & even small reef Sharks. We have unfortunately been back in Germany for a week now and already miss this house in this special place very much. We were lucky enough to spend our second week of vacation on Praslin and in this accommodation. The pictures shown here are beautiful, but it is even more special in reality and the first view from the terrace out onto the garden and the sea takes your breath away. I actually got goosebumps :) Being able to live in such accommodation in the Seychelles is something special anyway. We were here with our children (2 and 4 years old), who also enjoyed the time. I can't say anything negative about the accommodation. If something bothered you, such as mosquitoes, then it is something normal in the Seychelles, and NoBite, for example, helps :) We deliberately chose this relatively remote location so as not to be in the crowds and to have peace and quiet and to experience something special. A car should be a must here so that you can experience something new every day. A small "supermarket/kiosk" is a 5-10 minute walk away. We always drove towards the harbor to a larger supermarket. I would like to mention the following positive points: - Absolute peace and discretion and the property is surrounded by a wall and an electric gate, where you feel very safe. - The relative isolation means that you have a lot to yourself, such as Anse la Blague with its two beaches. You were either alone here or with a maximum of 2-6 other people. - The service at and in the house by the owner was impeccable. If you had any questions or had any requests, you were helped straight away. We didn't lack for anything in the house. We've experienced things differently in the Seychelles. All kitchen utensils are there, and there are also sharp knives :) - The house doesn't have a direct sandy beach, but you can get into the water easily and without any problems via rocks or concrete steps. At low tide there were 2 small natural pools in the water with sand right by the entry point, which was great for us and our children. Even at this time of year it was super quiet and relaxed. There was also a small beach at the back "natural pool" (10m away). - Where we were in the water in front of the property (and we were there often), we met our local neighbor, who regularly goes fishing in the bay. He also owns the small boat that is anchored in the bay. We often had nice conversations during the week. He also always got us freshly caught fish (for a fee), which we grilled fresh on the grill provided. For me, these were real highlights of the vacation. - On the last day, we went on the hiking tour to Anse la Farine. The tour starts right at the accommodation and after a few meters it only goes through the forest over rocks --> caution: spider webs including spiders in the path :) We were alone at Anse la Farine for half the day we were there. We had the whole beautiful beach to ourselves --> a dream. The beach belonged to a hotel, which now looks like a ruin --> but super interesting. The walk there - about 30 minutes - is not really difficult, but you should be able to walk safely over rocks and unpaved paths. I wish everyone who gets to experience this accommodation a great stay. :)
